Welcome to Soho. Neighbourhood Guides → Soho Image - Carnaby Street, London Welcome to
Soho.
London's sexiest streets.

A cultural melting pot in London's West End.

Colourful Soho has been attracting professionals for years, not only in the retail and hospitality sectors but commercial occupiers also.

It’s messy grid of streets and narrow alleyways is buzzy, grubby, swanky, and sexy in equal parts. Mozart, Karl Marx and the Sex Pistols have called it home over the years. Soho is no longer the den of disrepute it was in the 70’s and 80’s.

Its pavements are now busy with tourists, its buildings are full of media companies and its restaurants and pubs are packed with an eclectic mix of professionals and tourists.

Eat – Kingly Court

Kingly Court is tucked away between Carnaby Street and Kingly Street and is a three-floor market area with a central courtyard and fantastic restaurants lining the outside. There’s the brilliant Pizza Pilgrims and Whyte and Brown at street level serving artisan pizza and all things chicken respectively. Upstairs there’s the insanely good Le Bab offering lip smacking ‘posh kebabs’ and awesome mezze plates and one of our favourites is the beautiful Senor Ceviche serving a huge range of small Peruvian BBQ dishes.

Drink – Bar Americain

This beautiful art deco American/Parisian bar located in the stunning Brasserie Zedel is an absolute hidden gem under Piccadilly Circus and is a wonderful throwback to the 1930s with ornate and opulent décor and wow-factor high ceilings. Stepping into this bar takes you back to a time when service and quality were so important, and the sharply dressed members of staff work hard to ensure you are well looked after.
